When Will I Receive my Order Confirmation?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

When Will my Order Ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order.  Some of Dundalk Items are custom made as ordered and can take 5-7 weeks to ship.  Regardless, Chillish will send the estimated ship date after your order is placed. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking or estimated ship date information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Info@Chillish.net.  

What About Damages?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Returns@Chillish.net and we will reach out to you with the next step(s).  

How do Cancellations & Refunds Work?

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Are there Vendor Specific Returns?

Dundalk LeisureCraft: 

Stated Return Policy is Does Not Accept Returns.  If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:

  • 20% Restocking fee
  • Dealer/customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
  • Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund
  • Up to 24 Hours from order entry – you can change or cancel the order without penalty, After 24 Hours, a $65.00 cancellation fee will apply for any cancellation requests and orders can no longer be changed.
  • Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled

Dynamic Cold Therapy / Golden Designs:

  • 20% Restocking fee
  • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery

Onsen Kosen:

  • 30 days returns policy
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% apply 
  • All merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and resalable
  • Always contact customer service before returning an item, Failure to provide pictures means NO REFUND
  • Shipping for Inbound and Outbound MUST BE provided by the customer and is not refundable.
  • Canceling or Returning an item is subject to a 5% admin fee

Penguin Chillers:

  • Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment
  • A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging
  • When returning a product for a refund, customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs
