Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at KristyKay@Chillish.net with the subject "Order Confirmation Not Received," and our team will assist you.
Custom Items
For customized items, we will reach out to you to confirm your customizations. These items will only ship after we receive the necessary details.
Checking Your Order Status
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.
If You Haven't Received Your Item

Changing Your Delivery Address
If your order has not been dispatched, you can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service team. However, we cannot guarantee address changes once the item has shipped.
Wrong Address
If your item is returned to us because you entered an incorrect mailing address during checkout. In that case, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping fees associated with resending the item.
